Developer Squanch Games (also known for High On Life), founded by Rick & Morty co-creator Justin Roiland, has apparently shared no notice about the removal of the 2019 release. However, there does seem to be some evidence on Steam database 'SteamDB', which shows the following line "app_retired_publisher_request", suggesting it's game over.
