"I’ve never been a fan of horror". Despite directing one of the greatest survival horror games of all time with Resident Evil 2, game creator Hideki Kamiya has always been open about his aversion to scary stuff. Now, in speaking with VGC, Kamiya has called out Capcom directly for supposedly having "no awareness" of how scary its flagship survival horror franchise really is. He says that despite wanting to experience this year's Resident Evil Requiem and revisit the ruined site of the R.P.D., he is unable to do so because of how much it scares him.
